Floral Delights

                                                                      Hello everyone,

                                                             How is your spring coming along?

                                                            We are finally enjoying the sound of
                                                            robins,red wing blackbirds etc. in the garden
                                                            again .Snow is melting and our pond is starting
                                                            to open up again.
                                                               Yesterday, I enjoyed cleaning and redocrating
                                                            our boathouse for spring/summer.Until a few days
                                                            ago it was still Christmas in there!

                                                                  I took these photos last year but
                                                                  I don't think I shared them before.

  Love the floral china .

                                                           Love these cheerful linens too.

                                                                   Enjoy a cup of tea on the chaise.

Beautiful Island Home

                                                              Happy Weekend!

                                 It feels like spring here today and our snow is finally melting.

                                So, I have visions of daffodils blooming in my head!

                               Some of you may remember seeing photos of my friend Janice's
                              home on my blog before but it is now up for sale so I wanted to
                             spread the word in case any of you might be interested.

                                                family room.

                                                    Not only is the home beautiful but it
                                                    comes with a beautiful garden and shed.

                                     I love this beautiful home and could move in myself if I didn't already
                                     have a home.

Colorful Vintage Shop

                                                                When we were down south recently we
                                                                stopped in at Through the Years Vintage
                                                                Market in Tavares Fl. not far from Mt Dora.
                                                                If you are in the area I think you would enjoy
                                                                checking it out.
                                                               
                                                                                                                             

                                                                 They have a large selection of colorful
                                                                 vintage as well as some antiques.

                                                                 Lots to see....did you notice the
                                                                 painted wood floor?

                                                                 There is lots to see upstairs as well.

   Tea anyone?

       This is not in the shop but my display of

        black and white in our own old cupboard.

            At Christmas I had silver and mercury glass

                    mixed in but when I removed it I added the white

pieces.
