Tea & Romantic Country

                                                                     

                                                                      Finally, there is a hint of spring
                                                                      in the air here with the promise
                                                                      of milder weather in a few days.

                                                                     Now, it is time for a cup of tea.

                                                             I love these soft shades of mauve
                                                             and white.

                                                               Some of you may remember this
                                                               antique teapot that I got on a trip
                                                               to Maine last year.The teacup was a thrift
                                                               find.

                                                                    Last week when we were in Charleston
                                                                    area it was a thrill for me to pick up a copy
                                                                    of Romantic Country with our summer
                                                                    porch on the front cover!
